Too often, families were told:
“We can’t provide a four-hour break this week because no agency is available.”
I also met many adults whose parents were carrying the responsibility of care alone, while facing delays between identifying a need, communicating with local authorities, securing funding, and finally finding suitable support. The gap between needing care and actually receiving it has become increasingly difficult for many families to overcome.
That is why I founded Compassionate Care.
Compassionate Care was created to bridge that gap — with understanding, dignity, and reliable support at the centre of everything we do. We are a care platform that not only carefully vets carers, but is also regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), giving families confidence and peace of mind when choosing care for their loved ones.
We provide a wide range of personalised care services, including:
Live-in care
Short breaks and respite care
Hourly care
Overnight care
Complex needs care
Our mission is simple: to make quality care more accessible, compassionate, and responsive to the real needs of families and individuals.
At Compassionate Care, we believe nobody should have to struggle alone to find the support they deserve.
